About the role:
n
You will liaise closely with the Sales team accurately compile quotes and estimates – ensuring they are competitive while also maximising profits.
n
The role will involve reading & interpreting plans & drawings, maintaining pricing records, utilising estimating software, creating formal quotes, liaising with & providing relevant details to Project Managers and the Sales Team.
n
With the EXTENSIVE range of products, you will be ensured of having variety and challenge in your work – while having access to established extensive price lists and processes.
n

Your skills and experience:
n
Ability to read & interpreting plans & drawings.
n
Demonstrated understanding of pricing.
n
Sound computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office) – Experience with Estimating Software and SAP will be Highly Regarded but NOT a requirement.
n
Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders including Project Managers, Sales Staff and Office Support staff.
n
Ability to liaise with builders, contractors, architects etc to ensure all required information is gathered to provide accurate estimates and quotes.
n
Exceptional attention to detail, methodical approach and accuracy.
n
Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
n
Highly self-motivated, committed, team focused and reliable.
n
