Support project planning and scheduling activities.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
n
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
n
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
n
Assist in managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
n
Track project budgets and financials to ensure alignment with forecasts.
n
Provide administrative support to the project management team.
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.

A successful PMO Analyst should have:

Experience in project coordination or project management support.
n
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
