What you'll do
n
n
Running rough in to fit off and finishing
n
Reading drawings, setting out, problem solving on site
n
Maintaining quality, safety, and tidy work areas
n
If Foreman: leading a small crew, coordinating materials,



daily planning and QA sign off
n
Lead and mentor A Grades and apprentices
n
n

What you'll need
n

VIC A Grade Electrical Licence
n
White Card
n
Valuable communication and pride in workmanship
n
Foreman applicants: proven leading hand or foreman experience preferred
n
n
A quality first mindset, not a she'll be right operator
n
