About the Position
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an additional Building Administrator to join an established customer service team. Responsibilities will include:
Providing fortnightly construction updates
Communication with Building Supervisors and tradespeople
Create and manage required building variations




Collate required forms and certificates to gain occupancy certificate
Prepare handover documentation and gifts
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience within the building or construction industry preferred
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task and work in a high volume role
