Job Description
Marist180 is seeking a House Manager for Western Sydney to oversee residential operations, staff rostering, budgeting and program delivery for young people in care.
n
You will lead a trauma-informed team, coordinate recruitment, training, budgeting, and work with therapists and caseworkers to support safe, secure accommodation and positive outcomes. The role requires a Diploma in a relevant field, First Aid, working with children checks, and Australian work eligibility.
