Little Darlings Cronulla is looking for passionate, reliable and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators to join our team.
n
Whether you are an experienced educator, newly qualified or looking to start your career in Early Childhood Education and Care through a traineeship, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role
n
As part of the Little Darlings 2 team, you will work alongside experienced educators and our leadership team to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for children.
n
Your responsibilities may include:
n
n
Building warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children and families
n
Supporting engaging, play-based learning experiences
n
Contributing to educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
Maintaining high standards of active supervision, health, hygiene and child safety
n
Supporting children's routines, transitions and individual needs
n
Creating inviting and well-presented indoor and outdoor learning environments
n
Contributing to observations, documentation and children's learning
n
Working collaboratively with your fellow educators
n
Following service policies, procedures and National Quality Framework requirements
n
Participating in professional development, team meetings and continuous improvement
n
Being a reliable, positive and active member of the team
n
n




Who We're Looking For
n
We welcome applications from:

Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educators
n
n
You will also need to hold, or be willing to obtain, the relevant Working With Children Check and mandatory
training/qualifications
required for your position.
