Concrete Colour Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Sales and Warehouse Assistant
to join our team on a
full-time basis
at our Morisset NSW location. In this role, you will be part of a team, providing excellent customer service and supporting operations. You will play a vital part in providing customer service, whilst contributing to the overall success of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Greeting customers warmly and providing knowledgeable assistance in selecting products that meet their needs
Processing customer transactions accurately using MYOB, handling cash and card payments
Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing retail workplace
Restocking shelves and displays with products
Loading and unloading stock with Forklift
Answering customer enquiries about products, availability and pricing with professionalism and confidence
Building positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive workplace culture
What we're looking for
Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
Basis understanding of the concreting insudtry
Warehouse experience




MYOB experienceStrong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
A positive, friendly and professional attitude towards customer interactions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems (training provided)
Reliability and punctuality
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20kg items
