This role evaluates new development opportunities and optimises the existing portfolio through financial modelling, market research, and feasibility studies to support strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modelling: Build and maintain cash flow models and JV structures.
n
Feasibility Studies: Assess potential acquisitions.
n
Market Research: Analyse market trends, supply/demand, and competitors.
n
Reporting: Prepare investment proposals and board presentations.
n
Due Diligence: Support legal, planning, and financial due diligence.

Skills and Experience




n

Education: Degree in Property, Finance, Economics, or related field.
n
Experience: 2–4 years in property analysis, valuation, or real estate banking.
n
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
n
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian property markets and development lifecycles.
n
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
