Job Description
As Project Engineer-Manager at Parratech, you will lead the efficient execution of cutting-edge prefabricated solutions. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, your responsibilities include project planning, resource coordination, supplier
negotiations/engagement,
stakeholder communication, site management and quality assurance. With a focus on risk management, continuous improvement, and safety compliance, you'll ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
n

1. Project Planning and Execution:
n
Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with overall manufacturing strategies.
n
Execute projects efficiently, meeting, or exceeding labour hour targets and allocated hours.
n
Perform, transmit, and review the work execution schedule to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
n
Attend project sites daily to oversee progress, address issues promptly, and ensure in office activities align with project plans.
n
2. Resource Coordination:
n
Collaborate with the Head of Manufacturing to coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
n
Ensure optimal resource allocation for timely and cost-effective project delivery.
n
Check that project resources are executed correctly, maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
n
3. Stakeholder Communication:
n
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to communicate project milestones, timelines, and any deviations.
n
Foster effective collaboration to ensure seamless integration of client requirements into project plans.
n
Submit a weekly report to the Head of Manufacturing on the progress and execution.
n
Identify potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
n
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
n




Actively seek opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvement within offsite project management.
n
Display a high level of technical understanding in specific areas such as electrical, fabrication, or fit out.
n
6. Procurement and Material Coordination:
n
Co-ordinate procurement and delivery of materials to support the timely progression of projects.
n
7. Reporting and Analysis:
n
Provide weekly progress reports on actual vs planned.
n
Identify & communicate projects areas / components of timing & cost (future req.) concern.
n
Generate regular reports on project performance, labour hour utilisation, and deviations from the plan.
n
Collaborate with the Head of Manufacturing in providing insights for monthly reports to the Board, Directors, and other Heads of Departments.
n
8. Safety Compliance:
n
Prioritise safety measures within offsite project operations.
n
Liaise regularly with Parratech Safety manager regarding related project works and activities,
n
Attendance at Monthly Safety meetings
n
Provide direct updates to the Head of Manufacturing regarding the daily operations of the projects, along with weekly reports distributed to Directors and other Department Heads.
