We're looking for a Head Chef to lead busy & well-established Brisbane venue serving bistro-style breakfast, lunch & dinner 7 days a week
We're looking for an experienced Head Chef who knows how to manage wages, COGs & a busy kitchen- where customer appeal & commercial success guide the culinary creativity.
We're looking for someone who values the customer experience and holds their team to high standards while coaching & selecting the right people for the job.
A very solid Senior Sous might be qualified, but we are looking for people who know how to operate and have a proven ability to execute consistently.
