Whitsunday Counselling & Support Inc is seeking a
Family Support Case Manager
to join our dedicated team in the stunning Whitsundays.

About the Role
As a Family Support Case Manager, you'll work closely with vulnerable families to strengthen relationships, reduce risk, and improve wellbeing. Your role will include:
Advocacy and case management
Supporting families at risk of entering the child protection system
Developing parenting skills and connecting families to essential services
Conducting risk assessments and safety planning
Collaborating with Child Safety and community agencies

What You'll Need
Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology (or related field)
Experience in case management with vulnerable families
Understanding of domestic and family violence impacts
Current QLD Blue Card and Driver's Licence
