About the Opportunity

As our BDM, you'll play a key role in growing the Ray White Ballarat property management portfolio.
n
This is more than simply finding new landlords. You'll be responsible for building genuine relationships, identifying opportunities,



presenting our property management offering and becoming a trusted property partner for investors across Ballarat and the surrounding region.

What You'll Be Doing

Identify and secure new property management opportunities
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with property investors and referral partners
n
Prospect through calls, networking, database management, referrals and local market opportunities
n
Conduct property appraisals and present tailored property management proposals
n
Follow up leads and convert opportunities into new managements}
