Unicare Health is a growing Australian healthcare equipment business partnering with healthcare professionals, aged care, disability services and hospitals to improve independence, comfort and quality of life.
The opportunity
This is a hands-on, relationship-based sales role for someone who enjoys being out with customers, understanding what they need and matching them with the right equipment solution. You will manage an established customer base, develop new opportunities and become a trusted product resource across your territory.
You do not need to be a clinician. What matters is that you can learn our products, ask good questions, communicate confidently and follow opportunities through to an outcome.
What you will do
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customer contacts.
Manage a regular customer visit cycle and grow your territory.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
Deliver product demonstrations, equipment trials and training.
Prepare and follow up quotations promptly through to a clear outcome.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information and work closely with our Customer Care, Clinical, Product and Operations teams.
What we are looking for




Experience in relationship-based sales, account management, business development or a strong customer-facing role.
Confidence meeting customers, presenting products and running demonstrations or training.
A practical, curious approach and willingness to build strong technical product knowledge.
Strong communication, organisation and follow-up.
Commercial awareness, initiative and motivation to achieve sales and growth targets.
Experience in healthcare, aged care, disability, assistive technology, medical equipment or a related sector will be highly regarded, but a clinical qualification is not required.
