Are you a commercially minded eCommerce skilled who thrives on driving online sales, optimising digital performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We're looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to join our dynamic Online Team on a 12-month parental leave contract. Supporting a portfolio of established global retail brands, you'll take ownership of website trading, CRM, digital marketing, and promotional strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves analysing performance, testing new ideas, and making a tangible commercial impact in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Own and execute the online trading and promotional calendar to drive sales growth.
n
Optimise website content, merchandising, and customer journeys across Shopify Plus.
n
Drive digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, Google, Meta, CRM, and eDMs.
n
Analyse performance data and customer insights to improve conversion and customer retention.
n
Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, and Agency teams to deliver best-in-class online experiences.
n




Lead and mentor an eCommerce Coordinator while collaborating with a high-performing digital team.

What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Trading.
n
Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, SEO, and SEM.
n
Experience managing promotional campaigns and digital marketing budgets.
n
A commercial, data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused eCommerce experience highly regarded.
