Key Responsibilities
n
n
Complete electrical installation and fit-out of commercial and residential lift systems to a high standard.
n
Carry out lift electrical wiring, connections, terminations and testing.
n
Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, specifications and installation procedures.
n
Assist with lift testing, commissioning and fault-finding.
n
Diagnose and rectify electrical issues during installation, testing and commissioning.
n




Safely operate power and hand tools.
n
Work collaboratively with experienced technicians and other trades.
n
Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and company procedures.
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
n
Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
n
Communicate effectively with supervisors, technicians, builders and other site personnel.
n

About You
n
n
A minimum of 3 years' experience in the lift industry.
n
A Grade Electrician Licence.
n
Previous experience working with lift electrical systems.
n
Experience with lift electrical installation, wiring, testing and fault-finding.
n
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
n
A current Construction Induction (White Card).
n
A current Working at Heights certification.
n
Strong electrical knowledge and problem‐solving skills.
n
Experience using a wide range of power and hand tools.
n
The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
n
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
n
A proactive, reliable and self-motivated approach to work.
n
Full Australian working rights.
n
A current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
