Job Description
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will support the day-to-day purchasing and inventory activities of the business while helping maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory systems. This is a hands‐on role that combines purchasing, inventory management, reporting, and supplier coordination. You will be working with a large product portfolio, multiple suppliers, and a fast‐moving operational environment where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

Raise and manage purchase orders across multiple suppliers
n
Liaise with suppliers for all B2B enquiries and requests
n
Monitor stock levels and support inventory replenishment activities
n
Assist with purchasing forecasts and demand planning
n
Track supplier performance & lead times
n
Manage backorders and ensure follow‐ups with suppliers are actioned
n
Maintain accurate product, supplier, and inventory data
n
Assist with pricing reviews and updates
n
Generate inventory and purchasing reports using Excel and internal systems
n
Support stock accuracy initiatives and continuous improvement projects
n

Experience in purchasing or procurement, inventory control or stock management, supply chain or replenishment planning, ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
