Dragonfly is seeking hands-on Operations Support team members for our Caloundra delivery hub on a Tue-Sat 2:00pm–10:00pm shift. You will support daily delivery operations, prepare reports, and coordinate with drivers and partners to ensure on-time parcel movements across Australia.
Join a quick-paced team with growth prospects, where you'll handle package tracking, liaise with call center for updates, and help maintain smooth, protected, and efficient operations behind the scenes.
