Run the floor of one of Ballarat's busiest chiropractic practices. You'll run the Chiropractic Assistant team, own the roster, keep the floor moving, and make sure every patient gets the same experience whether it's their first visit or their hundredth. You'll report to the COO and work closely with the practice owners.
Key responsibilities
Run the CA team — rostering, training, day to day direction, performance
Manage front desk flow and the patient experience standard
Lead weekly team KPI meetings and reporting
Onboard and develop current team members
Ensure systems and SOPs are used and improve them where they're not
Jump on the floor, as everyone here does
About you
You've run a team before and you're comfortable holding people to a standard
You've worked somewhere busy — a practice,



a clinic, or another fast-moving service business
You're organised without being rigid
You can have a hard conversation without making it personal
You're good with people — patients and staff both
Health, allied health or dental experience is a bonus, not a must
