The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Trade Marketing Assistant to join our innovative team. If you have a knack for building strong relationships and are passionate about driving sales through effective trade promotions we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Develop and execute trade promotion plans in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
n
Manage key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
n
Monitor and analyse promotion performance while providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
n
Sales Data Analysis: Interpret scan and other sales data to understand market dynamics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support the sales team.
n




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of promotions.
n
Prepare and present reports on trade promotion activities, key metrics while identifying opportunities for improvement.
n
Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.
n
Manage relationships with key banner and account groups, ensuring smooth execution of promotional activities.
n
Oversee catalogue promotions, planogram applications, and ensure merchandising guidelines are followed.
n
Work closely with the National Account Manager to manage and grow key retail relationships.
n
Monitor and analyse trade activity, analysing ROI and providing insights to optimise promotional marketing campaigns.
n
Handle data entry, reporting, and maintain accurate records.
n
What you'll bring to the role:
n
Diploma in a relevant field; Business, Marketing, etc.
n
Proven experience in trade promotions, key account management, or a similar role.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
n
Ability to build solid relationships and collaborate across teams.
