As part of Peer Group Hospitality, which operates EARL Canteen, Dame Melbourne, and Golden Coffee Bar across Melbourne & interstate locations, you'll join a vibrant, growing team. This is no desk job! You will flex across all parts of our catering operations and get to know the business inside and out.

Key responsibilities
n
Coordinating online orders using Flex Catering Software
n
Being the point of contact for all EARL email enquiries & bespoke catering events
n
Being sales-focused; anticipating guest and business needs
n
Assisting with our kitchen team when things get busy, especially with packing and checking off orders
n
Getting on the road and making deliveries when the schedule demands
n
Assisting with outside catering events and EARL activations
n
Maintaining an organised, stocked & tidy warehouse
n
About you
n
Have previous hospitality, events and exceptional customer service experience
n




Enjoy a dynamic working setting, moving across different sections of the business as the day demands
n
Be organised, methodical with a high attention to detail & good at prioritising
n
Be food-savvy with a solid understanding of dietary requirements
n
Be focussed on building lasting client relationships
n
Show initiative and be proactive in finding solutions
n
Be a systems whiz across Mac, using Flex and managing its back-end
n
Have full-time availability, Monday - Friday from 7am
n
Have an unrestricted driver's license and the ability to make occasional CBD deliveries
