A key support role for the Partner Brands Manager and Distribution team, focused on driving commercial excellence and brand growth. You'll manage critical commercial outputs including P&Ls;, new line forms, and master data, whilst supporting external brand partnerships portfolio. Your role bridges commercial strategy with operational delivery, ensuring brands are accurately represented in the market and driving profitability across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date brand information and market intelligence from sales team
Support the Partner Brands Manager with brand ranging and product selection
Support winter/summer catalogue development by coordinating with Marketing and suppliers
Manage brand communications and ensure consistency across internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and maintain P&Ls; for partner brands, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support pricing analysis and margin tracking
Monitor promotional performance and ROI across brand partnerships
Maintain master data accuracy for all partner brands products – SKUs, pricing, product information
Process current line forms and ensure all required approvals are obtained
Act as a point of contact for distribution queries regarding partner brands ranges and commercial terms
About you
Commercial / Finance exposure
Data management and reporting experience
Commercial thinking – ability to read and interpret financial data to support decision-making
Attention to detail – meticulous in managing data, forms, and reporting
Clear, professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders




Proactive problem-solving and ability to support solutions
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Comfort with tools and databases; ability to learn recent systems quickly
Collaborative approach to working with sales teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
