Manager,thenewWarehouseStorepersonwill
be based at ourNotting
HillheadofficeinMelbourne.
You will play a crucial role in supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving and storing goods along with pick and packing stock for business needs.
n
Key responsibilitiesof this roleinclude,but are not limited to:
n
n
Receipt stock against supplier paperwork and store accuratelyin a timely manner;
n
Guarantee stock is correctly rotated and always dispatched on a FIFO basis;
n
Pick, pack and dispatch sales orders accurately andin a timely manner;
n
Maintain a clean,orderlyand secure warehouse to guarantee a safe working environment;
n
Lead by example with careful usage of forklifts,
trafficmanagementand
stock handling;
n
Generate dispatch and consign notes from picking lists;
n
Assistwithstocktakesasrequired
;
n
Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
n
n
The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes:
n
n
Comfortable working well in both autonomous and team settings;
n
Current Forklift licence or willing to obtain in the short-term;
n
2+ years' experience in a warehouse workplace;
n
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, andpreferably SAP too;
n
Ability to lift weights whilst being aware of OH&S; requirements;
n
Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
n
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
n
Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards, and;
n
Well presented with excellenteye for detail and problem solving, interpersonal, communication, organisational, task management skills.
