About You
We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and understands how important a reliable reception team is to a busy healthcare practice.

Previous medical or allied health reception experience would be highly regarded, particularly experience with practice management software, Medicare, private health claiming, WorkSafe, TAC or DVA.
However, the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important to us.




This position will initially include aregular Tuesday afternoon shift from 2:30pm–6:30pm each week.
Importantly, we are looking for someone who also hasflexibility outside of these regular hoursand can assist with additional reception coverage when needed.
The right person will ideally be available to:
Work the regularTuesday 2:30pm–6:30pm shift
Pick upadditional shifts during the weekwhen required
Help cover team members duringannual leave, holidays and planned absences
Occasionally assist withshort-notice coverwhere possible
Take on additional regular hours as they become available
While the position begins with a smaller number of guaranteed hours, there isgenuine opportunity for the role to grow.
