Job Description
The Wynnum Manly Seagulls RLFC are looking for a rehab coach for the **** Hostplus Cup season.
You will work alongside the Head of Performance and medical team to safely progress injured players back to full training and competition.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and deliver rehabilitation programs for injured players.
Work closely with the?
medical team, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Head Coach?
throughout the rehabilitation process.
Manage players through?
return-to-training and return-to-play?
programs.
Develop players' physical capacity following injury.
Monitor player progress and adjust rehabilitation programs asrequired.
Ensure injuredplayersremain?
physicallyand mentally engaged?
with the team workplace.
Assistwith?
injury prevention and playerrobustness?
strategies.
Maintainaccuraterecordsofrehabilitation,progressandplayer readiness.
Communicate regularly with relevantstaffregardingplayerstatus and progression.
