Job Description
Hervey Bay RSL & Services Memorial Club Inc in Queensland invites applications for a Sous Chef.
You will assist the Head Chef to deliver high-quality meals across multiple club venues, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
You will design and adjust menus, train staff, supervise kitchen hands, and maintain HACCP standards.
The role demands leadership, accuracy, and the ability to work flexible schedule across our venues in Hervey Bay and surrounding areas.
