Job Description
The Company is seeking a Head of Contract Delivery to spearhead the establishment of a centralised contract management function.
This pivotal role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive contract management framework, including a central repository and best-practice standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating contract data, pricing mechanisms, and renewal dates into the company's CRM setting.
Additionally, the role demands a focus on commercial and risk ownership, particularly in the context of the organization's highest-value accounts, and a commitment to customer and relationship management.
The Head of Contract Delivery will also be tasked with team leadership, providing direct oversight and a clear mandate to evolve the function as it matures.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building a contract management function within a large, multi-site,



operationally complex organization, with a strong emphasis on hands-on, zero to one build experience.
A background in B2B or industrial sectors is highly regarded, and the candidate should be comfortable operating in complex, multi-site environments with established safety protocols.
The role requires a candidate with a genuinely customer-facing orientation, commercial and interpersonal credibility across legal and commercial disciplines, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
A clear aspiration toward broader general management responsibility is also essential, as the role has a mandate to shape and grow the function over time.
