Job Description
Mission Australia Carnarvon is seeking a Case Manager for the THRIVE service to support tenants of Public Housing and Aboriginal Housing, focusing on protected, stable tenancy.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized case plans, and provide face-to-face and outreach support including home visits, working with the Department of Communities and partners to address tenancy challenges and build client capacity.
