The ideal candidate will be somebody who's confident engaging with customers both on the phone and via email, and has a high attention to detail.
Role Description
Responding to customer queries via email
Directing customer queries to departments based on customer requirements (estimating, scheduling, etc.)
Greeting customers face-to-face where required
General data entry and invoicing tasks
Working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments

About You
Previous experience in customer service
Confident phone manner
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Reliable Transport
General computer literacy (Emails, Microsoft Office)
Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol screen
