In-Home Sales Consultant – Water Technician

Are you an experienced in-home salesperson who enjoys meeting people, building trust and closing sales?

PureFlow Solutions is a Melbourne-based water filtration company helping households improve their water quality through whole-home filtration systems. We're looking for a confident, motivated sales consultant to join our team and turn genuine customer interest into sales.
n
We provide the leads, book your appointments and train you on our products and sales process. You bring the experience, energy and ability to close.

The opportunity
n
n
Target annual earnings of $150,000–$220,000+ when meeting sales KPIs, with uncapped commission. This is a commission-only contractor role; earnings depend on performance.
n
Pre-booked, warm appointments with customers interested in water filtration.
n
No cold calling or prospecting - focus on delivering a great consultation and closing the sale.
n
Flexible appointment scheduling, with availability across approximately 5.5 days per week.

Product training and ongoing sales coaching to help you succeed.

A supportive, competitive team, with weekly sales meetings and leaderboards.

What you'll do
n
Visit customers in their homes across Greater Melbourne and guide them through a straightforward consultation. You'll:

Conduct straightforward water quality tests and assess the customer's needs.
n
Explain our whole-home filtration systems and their benefits.
n
Present pricing, answer questions and address objections.
n
Help customers make an informed decision and close the sale during the appointment.
n
Follow our proven sales process and work towards agreed KPIs.

Who we're looking for
n
Previous in-home sales experience is essential. Experience in water filtration is welcome but isn't required - we'll provide product training.
n
You'll also need:

A track record of converting in-home appointments into sales.
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
n
A professional, reliable approach and motivation to achieve results.
n
An interest in water quality, health or home improvement products.
n
A willingness to learn, take feedback and follow a consistent sales process.
n
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle.
