YOMG is looking for a hands-on Front of House Manager who can build a capable team and deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.
You will lead the front of house operation across people, service, sales, labour, cash and venue presentation. Working closely with Back of House and venue leadership, you will turn performance opportunities into clear actions while creating an workplace where guests feel welcome and team members can succeed.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach and develop front of house supervisors and team members.
Plan rosters, deployment and training in line with trade forecasts and labour budgets.
Own hospitality, service speed, order accuracy, guest recovery and front of house presentation.
Review sales, transactions,



average transaction value, labour and guest feedback.
Manage cash, banking, consumables, stock, waste and loss-prevention controls.
Execute promotions and new product launches accurately.
Maintain food safety, workplace safety, cleaning, security and employment compliance.
What You Will Bring
Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail or quick-service operations.
Confidence managing rosters, labour, cash and operational performance.
Strong coaching, communication and performance-management capability.
