We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team, working full time from our Eagle Street office in the Brisbane CBD (12 month contract).
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to end-to-end file management.
Responsibilities
assessing instructions and preparing mortgage documentation
checking signed mortgage documentation and ancillary requirements
preparing lender's certifications
liaising with clients, solicitors, funders and external parties
arranging settlements (paper and PEXA)
preparing accounts' paperwork and settlement instructions
ensuring security documentation is returned to the relevant trustee within service levels
About you
You willhave a strong customer service focus, meticulous attention to detail and a high energy level for multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
Proven experience in managing a demanding and busy workload is essential.
Skills and Experience
minimum 1-2 years'experience as a Banking or Conveyancing Paralegal
exceptional client relationship skills
meticulous attention to detail and organisation skills




enjoy working with structure, processes and procedures
proven ability to manage files end to end
strong written and verbal communication skills
proactive and flexible work approach, including being a team player
drive to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
