Bellevue Bar & Terrace is a brand-new riverfront venue coming to Crown Southbank, opening in November 2026.

We're building our kitchen team now and looking for chefs who want to be part of a new venue from day one. Bellevue will bring elevated pub classics, a relaxed riverside atmosphere and big sporting moments to the Yarra waterfront.

This is a excellent opportunity to join the team early, work in a brand-new venue and help build the kitchen from the ground up.
