Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated FOH All-Rounder to join our vibrant team in Byron Bay. This casual role is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience in our hospitality and catering establishment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to our team culture.

Responsibilities:
Deliver warm, attentive and skilled service to our guests
Work across floor, coffee and bar service as required
Take orders and serve food and beverages
Prepare quality coffee and assist with breakfast service
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Support smooth and productive service during busy periods
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage and hotel teams




Contribute to the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of The Bonobo

Qualifications:
Previous hospitality experience in a hotel, restaurant, café or bar environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Confident communication and a positive, professional attitude
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy workplace
Flexible and willing to work across different areas of FOH
Barista and/or bartending experience highly regarded
Current RSA required for all applicants
Availability across weekdays, weekends and a variety of shifts
