The Role:
n
Sitting at the intersection of finance, data and commercial strategy, this role supports contract performance, pricing and market share analysis for some of the organisation's most significant accounts. You'll join a large collaborative team with genuine scope to grow your career.

The Duties:
n
n
Support new business and retention contracts
n
Cost modelling, revenue and labour management, and cost control
n
Contract interpretation, financial analysis and reporting
n
Optimise contract profitability and performance
n
Communicate risks and mitigation strategies
n
Build and maintain financial modelling and pricing tools
n




Provide commercial analysis and insights to support decision-making, business performance and strategic planning
n
Drive actionable recommendations, industry reporting, market intelligence and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities, risks and investment initiatives through research, modelling and business case development
n
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, pricing dynamics, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
n

The Criteria:
n
n
Accounting or finance background highly regarded
n
Must have relevant experience in a facilities management or building services environment e.g. cleaning, catering, pest control, hygiene, etc.
n
Strong commercial and financial acumen and confidence with numbers
n
Experience in commercial analysis, financial modelling, pricing, estimating or contract management
n
Highly computer literate, with solid Excel/modelling capability
n
Good problem-solving skills
n
Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders
n
n
