What You'll Do:
n
n
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring our products are made to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include:
n
Operating and monitoring confectionery manufacturing equipment
n
Collaborate with maintenance with regards to routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running smoothly
n
Following safety and food quality guidelines at all times
n
Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining product integrity
n
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimise production processes
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
We value experience, but we also believe the right attitude is everything. Ideally, you have:
n
Previous experience as a machine operator (experience in the food industry is highly regarded)
n




Have sound English communication skills, both verbal and written, to follow and complete production sheets
n
Minimum 1-2 years of machine operator experience
n
Experience working in Hygienic clean environment - HACCP and GMP on site
n
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
n
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
n
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be part of a team
n
Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
n
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends when required (Morning Shift 6.00AM to 2.00PM and Afternoon Shift 2.00PM to *****PM)
