Title: Chef Occupation: ****** CHEF Salary: $79,500 - $90,000 Hours: Full time Trading Name: Restaurant Nineteen Location: POKOLBIN NSW **** Experience Required: min 2 years in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies
planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
assisting with the training of staff
