Key Responsibilities

/n

Oversee day-to-day floor operations

/n
Lead, support and motivate the team during your shift

/n
Ensure high standards of guest service, presentation and compliance

/n




Manage guest feedback and resolve issues professionally

/n
Support cash handling, reporting and venue security procedures

/n
Ensure RSA and other compliance obligations are met at all times

/n
Work closely with the Venue Manager and broader leadership team

/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n
Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory hospitality role

/n
Current RSA

/n
Robust leadership and communication skills

/n
Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused during busy periods

/n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights

/n
A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for hospitality

/n
