Sunset over Brisbane Water. A cocktail list worth talking about. A crowd that knows the difference between a good drink and a excellent one. That's a night behind the bar at Astra — and we're looking for a superstar bartender to help us run it.
About Astra /n
Astra is voco Gosford's rooftop bar and restaurant, pairing Japanese-inspired cuisine with a cocktail program to match, all set against sweeping views of Brisbane Water and the Central Coast skyline. It's fast building a reputation as the place to be seen on the Coast — and our bar team is a big part of why.
The Role /n
We need an experienced bartender who lives for high-end service and knows their way around a serious cocktail list. You'll run the bar during peak service, bring a bit of theatre to every pour, and help build Astra's reputation one great drink — and one excellent guest experience — at a time.

What's In It For You /n
Work with a view most people would pay for, alongside a team that takes its craft seriously without taking itself too seriously. There's real potential to grow into a senior bar role as Astra grows, backed by an international hotel brand, plus a competitive rate, hotel discounts worldwide, and a genuinely great crew to work alongside.
/n
If you live for the craft and love giving guests a night to remember, come shake things up at Astra.
