We are seeking
dedicated Process Workers and Pick-Packers
to join our client's
Food Manufacturing team
in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. These roles involve working in
cool room environments (1–3°C)
and are suited to those comfortable in fast-paced, temperature-controlled settings.
Shift Options & Pay
Day & Afternoon shifts (start times 4am – 7pm)
Monday to Friday + Saturday shifts
Hourly Rate:
$***** – $*****
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, sort, and label food products
Work safely in cool room conditions
Assist with stock rotation & quality checks




Follow food handling & hygiene protocols
Maintain a clean & safe workplace
Meet KPIs & team performance targets
What We're Looking For
Experience in food manufacturing/warehousing/logistics (preferred)
Comfortable working in cold storage
Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg)
Knowledge of pallet jacks & tuggers (desirable)
Full Working Rights in Australia (students welcome )
