Warehouse Pick Packer & E-commerce Assistant
to join our Seven Hills team.
This is a
hands-on hybrid warehouse and e-commerce role
, covering online order fulfilment, customer service, inventory management and daily warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will be organised, accurate and reliable, with strong English communication skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks independently.
Please note: this is not a desk-only e-commerce position. The role requires daily hands-on involvement in picking, packing, stock handling and warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities
Process, pick, pack and dispatch
e-commerce / online orders
accurately and efficiently
Monitor online orders and resolve order issues, returns, exchanges and customer enquiries
Communicate professionally with customers by
email and phone
Receive incoming stock and check quantities against invoices and delivery documents
Maintain accurate
inventory and stock records
Conduct regular
stock counts and inventory reconciliation




Process stock adjustments and investigate
stock discrepancies
Monitor stock levels and report low stock, damaged stock or inventory issues
Ensure stock is correctly labelled, stored and allocated to warehouse locations
Pick and prepare
B2B / wholesale and store transfer orders
Palletise, label and prepare incoming and outgoing shipments
Assist with stock movement and general warehouse organisation
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
Operate a forklift where required (for licensed team members)
About you
Strong written and spoken English is essential
Previous experience with
e-commerce / online order fulfilment
Previous warehouse, inventory or pick-packing experience
Good understanding of
inventory and stock management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good customer service and problem-solving skills
Confident using computers and learning e-commerce/inventory systems
Basic to intermediate
Excel skills
Able to prioritise tasks and work independently
Physically capable of regular warehouse duties and moderate lifting
Full Australian working rights
Highly regarded
Shopify experience
Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems
Forklift licence and forklift experience
Australian driver licence
Previous beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or retail experience
Mandarin or Korean language skills
