About the Role
We are seeking aPeople Systems Analyst – Chris21to join our client and support the ongoing administration, maintenance and improvement of their People Systems environment.
This role will support People Systems development initiatives, including solution consultation and design, testing and implementation.
You will also be responsible for coordinating and resolving People Systems incidents, support requests and queries, working closely with IT and People/Payroll stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support forChris21and related People Systems.
Participate inpayroll and payroll-related activities.
Support the administration, nominal development and ongoing maintenance of People Systems applications.
Coordinate and resolve People Systems incidents, queries and support requests.
Contribute to system improvements, enhancements and initiatives.
Assist with solution consultation, design, testing and implementation activities.
Work collaboratively with internal IT teams, People teams and external technology vendors.
Ensure work is appropriately prioritised and delivered within agreed schedules.
Maintain accurate system documentation and records.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience inIT,



Computing or a related discipline.
Up to3 years' experience in information systems or applications support.
Experience working withHRIS or People Systems.
Basic experience supportingChris21.
An understanding of software development methodologies and concepts, particularly in relation toHR systems, payroll, and time & attendance.
Experience or understanding of payroll-related systems and processes.
Ability to contribute to system improvements and business initiatives.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good planning, organisation and time management skills.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritise and deliver work in line with agreed schedules.
Experience with document and records management.
Strong computer literacy, includingMicrosoft Officeapplications.
