Our Client PRIME HOTELS GROUP PTY LTD T/A COMFORT INN WESTERN is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team located in Warrnambool VIC ****. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating cleaning operations, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Tasks required include:

Supervising and checking the daily work of housekeeping staff.
n
Ensuring staff meet daily cleaning targets and rooms are ready on time for new guests.
n
Inspecting rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.
n
Releasing clean rooms for guest check-ins.
n
Handling guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
n
Monitoring the proper disposal of laundry and waste.
n
Overseeing the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
n
Assigning rooms and duties to housekeeping staff.
n
Ensuring guest requests and special cleaning needs are attended to promptly.
n
Providing training and support to housekeeping staff when required.
n




Preparing staff schedules to meet operational requirements.
n
Coordinating with maintenance and front office teams to ensure smooth operations.
n
Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and manual handling procedures.
n
Managing staff rosters and monitoring labor costs within budget.
n

Qualification and Experience
n
Relevant hospitality experience and AQF Certificate III or IV
n
n
Competitive salary of $80,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
