About The Role
We're looking for aCollaborations Coordinatorto join the Elite Eleven Marketing Team.
This is a role focused on influencer relationships, PR outreach, gifting and brand collaborations.
Working closely with the wider Marketing Team and Partnerships Team you'll be responsible for identifying emerging talent, building relationships and ensuring Elite Eleven is consistently connecting with creators and individuals who genuinely align with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and outreach to relevant influencers, creators, athletes and talent who align with the Elite Eleven brand
Build and maintain strong relationships with our influencer and creator community
Manage day-to-day influencer communication, including outreach, follow-ups and relationship management
Coordinate influencer gifting and product seeding from outreach through to fulfilment
Proactively identify recent and emerging creators across TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms




Maintain and continually grow our influencer and PR databases
Research talent, cultural moments and emerging communities that present opportunities for Elite Eleven
Support the coordination of influencer campaigns, collaborations and product launches
Assist with influencer attendance and outreach for events, store openings and brand activations
Coordinate product selections, sizing, addresses and gifting requirements
Track gifted product and monitor resulting organic content and coverage
Keep influencer and collaboration trackers accurate and up to date
Work closely with Social, Events and the wider Marketing Team to ensure influencer activity aligns with upcoming campaigns and brand priorities
About You
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, talent, communications or a similar role is preferred
You're naturally social and confident reaching out to new people and building relationships
Highly organised and comfortable managing a high volume of outreach, gifting and follow-ups
Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing gifting, contact information and deliverables
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
