The Administration Officer conducts internal reviews of parking, local law and animal infringement appeals, providing transparent and detailed written responses outlining decisions made in accordance with council guidelines. The role manages end‐to‐end infringement review processes and delivers administrative support within the Compliance and Amenity Department, ensuring a consistent, customer‐focused service.
