McMahon Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Building & Construction team, supporting project delivery across the Woomera Upper Spencer Gulf Region.
This role offers a unique balance of metro and regional project exposure, working within a close-knit, community-focused workplace while delivering a range of maintenance and construction works across defence and commercial sites.

About the Role
This hands-on role will see you managing a variety of works ranging from ongoing maintenance and minor works through to larger construction projects. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes.
The role offers flexibility around roster arrangements, with accommodation, LAHA and meal allowances provided when working onsite in Woomera.
What You'll Do
Manage maintenance and construction projects ranging from minor works through to larger projects
Scope works, prepare tender letters and support estimating activities
Lead and manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
Manage procurement, cost control,



scheduling and contract administration
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Prepare weekly reports and communicate project updates effectively
Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and contractual requirements
Review and prepare JSAs and risk assessments
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in construction project delivery and site coordination
Strong contract management and client liaison skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilityExperience with MS Project, Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience using Procore, Pronto or similar systems (desirable)
Ability to obtain DCSI and Defence Clearance
