AYAN InfoTech is looking for ServiceNow Developer to join an exciting project based in Brisbane / Sydney. The role offers you the chance to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

Role: ServiceNow Developer
n Location: Brisbane / Sydney
n Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
n Experience: 7+ Years

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
n
Hands-on experience with ITSM and Service Catalog modules.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
n
Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
n




Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
n
Build and support workflows, forms, catalogs, integrations, and reports.
n
Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
n
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform enhancements.
n
Work closely with offshore development and support teams.
n
Participate in workshops, status meetings, and project discussions.
n
