The Role
As the Technical Officer – Engineering you will:
Provide technical and administrative support across Infrastructure area
Assist with fieldwork, including surveying and engineering project support




Coordinate regulatory approvals impacting Council's infrastructure
Respond to customer enquiries and investigate complaints relating to Council infrastructure
What You will Bring:
To thrive in this role, you will have the following:
Completion of a relevant qualification and/or relevant practical experience
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply engineering regulations, standards, and codes
Robust customer service and communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, set priorities, and meet deadlines
