About the Role
Duplex and FloorBotics are seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Sales Support professional to strengthen relationships with existing clients and prospective customers. Based in our Melbourne Northcote office, this is a relationship-led, business-to-business role focused on meaningful communication and reliable follow-up rather than high-pressure, transactional sales.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Maintain regular contact with existing customers to support retention, identify needs, and offer training or service solutions.
Lead Nurturing: Respond promptly to incoming enquiries, follow up warm leads via phone and email, and qualify opportunities.
Appointment Setting: Coordinate demonstrations, consultations, and follow-up meetings for the sales and technical teams.
CRM & Sales Coordination: Maintain accurate client records and pipeline stages in our CRM, assist with quote follow-ups,



and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
Customer Insight: Capture feedback and shared insights to improve the overall customer experience.
About You
Experience in sales support, inside sales, account coordination, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong phone, email, and written communication skills.
A proactive, persistent, and respectful approach to client follow-up.
Experience in managing tasks and sales pipelines.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
An interest in learning about commercial equipment and robotic systems (prior industry experience is welcome but not essential).
