Full Time Qualified Cabinet Maker/Installer
Foxwood Custom Joinery is continuing to grow and we are looking for a Full Time Qualified and Experienced Cabinet Maker to come on board and work with our team in Brendale QLD.
You will be working on a wide variety of joinery projects such asCommercial Fit outs, Office Refits anda wide range of shop fitting contracts.
Immediate availability highly desirable
DUTIES INCLUDE
(but not limited to)
Read and interpret construction/shop drawings
Manufacturing of high end joinery
Maintain an excellent presentation of self, tools & work area
Use machinery and hand tools unsupervised and efficiently
Working with timber veneer, solid timber, pre-finished coloured board and laminates
Understanding the integration of steelwork, aluminium, glass, upholstery, stonework and solid surfaces within the joinery construction
Working with our friendly team to ensure continuous improvement and to achieve group goals
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Trade Qualification in Cabinet Making




Initiative and enthusiasm are highly desired
High quality of workmanship and attention to detail
Ability to read and understand plans & shop drawings
Excellent ability to prioritise tasks and work in a multitask environment
Solid analytical and organisational skills
Ability to work with a team at all levels of the organisation
High competency levels in the manufacture of high quality joinery
Understanding of specifications for projects.
Practical knowledge of WHS
Forklift licence is well regarded but not essential
