TMA Group of Companies is seeking an experienced
Accounts Receivable & Billing Officer
to manage billing, invoicing and collections across our international group, spanning
Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, North America, Europe and the Philippines
.
This is more than a traditional AR role. You'll play a key part in
transforming our AR function
, improving processes, automation and systems.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end
billing, invoicing, AR and collections
.
Handle reconciliations, disputes, credit control and reporting.
Support
AR system implementation, testing and go-live
.
Improve, standardise and automate AR processes.




Maintain solid data quality and support audit requirements.
What You'll Bring
5+ years' AR experience
, including billing and invoicing.
Hands-on experience with
AR transformation, process improvement or system implementation
.
Strong Excel and ERP skills — NetSuite, SAP, Xero, MYOB, Dynamics or similar.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
A proactive mindset focused on
improving how things are done
.
